OSAKA, Dec. 14 Kyodo - Municipal government officials in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, bow in apology at their office on Dec. 14, 2015, saying that personal information on all the around 680,000 voters in Sakai in the 2011 Osaka gubernatorial election had been leaked on the Internet as an employee had handled the data inappropriately.
